Expert Grader Operator | Major Sydney Projects

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grader Operator to join a major civil contractor delivering large-scale projects across Western Sydney and Greater Sydney.

🔧 About the Role:

• Ongoing work with temp to perm potential for the right person

• Immediate start on high-profile civil projects

• Work with a respected, nationally recognised contractor

• Be part of a high-performing, safety-focused crew

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience operating a Grader full-time, day in and day out

• Proven ability to trim to tight tolerances of +0mm to -10mm

• Confident working on complex grades, detailed work, and around services

• Grader ticket and White Card are essential

• GPS experience preferred

• Ability to work independently, with precision and pride in your work

Sites located across Western Sydney and Greater Sydney
